Lacrosse Slide Boards

Slideboard training can bring you some very beneficial results for lacrosse training because of the lateral movements utilized when using a slideboard. These lateral movements isolate muscle groups not easily targeted by other forms of exercise which allows you to develop then to their fullest.

Additionally slideboard training builds stamina and endurance which are paramount to having a good lacrosse game, all while strengthening your core muscles. Playing lacrosse, and playing it well, requires a combination of strength, flexibility and stamina.
